They can last 5-7 years sometimes longer if well maintained and after care instructions followed. Treatment is suitable for adult patients with healthy teeth and gums. The treatment usually takes 2-3 hours and a review appointment is usually booked for a week or so afterwards to do any desired changes. This is the beauty of composite: it is easily adjusted.
